By using BP Active, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of the Service
BP Active provides fitness programming and exercise planning only.

The App:
• Does not provide medical advice
• Does not diagnose conditions
• Does not treat hypertension
• Does not monitor blood pressure
• Does not replace professional healthcare
All exercise decisions are made at your own discretion

Health and Safety Disclaimer
Physical exercise involves inherent risk, including risk of injury, cardiovascular events, or other harm.
You acknowledge:
• You are voluntarily participating in physical activity
• You assume full responsibility for your health
• You should consult a physician before beginning exercise
• You will stop exercise immediately if experiencing pain, dizziness, or discomfort
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for injury, illness, or damages arising from use of the App

Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old

User Obligations
You agree not to misuse the App or provide false information

Subscriptions and Payments
If the App offers subscriptions:
• Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You manage subscriptions through your app store account
• Refunds are governed by the platform provide

Intellectual Property
All software, content, and branding are owned by the Company or licensors.
No reproduction without written permission

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by law

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising out of misuse of the App

Governing Law
For EU users: governed by Danish law.
For US users: subject to applicable federal and state law.
Consumer protection rights under local mandatory laws remain unaffected

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion
